As an individual, I was deeply sensitized to our global distress during the COVID-19 pandemic. The stress was felt on businesses in general, small businesses in particular, and the drastic shift in the mindsets of most workers. Some mindset shifts have shown up as massive burn-out leading to an exodus from the workforce, and confusion about self-worth related to work.
